After almost 30 Years of Coaching” Financial Advisors, I have decided to stop “Coaching” advisors and instead invest and partner with independent advisors and RIAs to increase their revenue by 2X to 10X.

Over my nearly 30-year career of coaching financial advisors, I have developed a deep knowledge base and a stockpile of intellectual capital, mindset shifts, strategies, leverage & optimization, to name a few. When deployed with the “right” client, this leads to tremendous sustainable growth in income and net worth.  

In my time, I have coached or consulted with over 2,500 practices. This has resulted in over $50B of AUM and over $500M of increased revenue, mostly recurring. 

 I was one of the first coaches in the industry (1994). I now want to be one of the first, if not only, that will “partner” with an advisor, assume all the risk, and not ask for one dollar for myself, and mentor, consult, strategize, team, and coach my advisor partners to achieve all their economic goals and also create their ideal life. Essentially, I am committing to getting my partner's economic abundance and freedom of time. 

The paradigm shift is 180 degrees. Instead of you paying the coach and “hoping” the engagement works, I am going to ‘invest” in you and your business because I believe by partnering, we can grow both your revenue and practice value exponentially.

What am I bringing to the table? Over 25,000 hours of hands-on on experience working with some of the most successful financial advisors in the industry. 

By partnering with me and my team of experts, you will have access to all the “brain power” and experience required to achieve all your goals, dreams, and visions.

Now, you may be asking yourself what’s in it for Joe. It’s really very simple. I am asking for a small percentage of any additional revenue we produce together. I receive no equity in your business. That’s 100% yours and your family.  

What are the steps to see if we are a good fit? The reality is that because I am assuming all the economic risk because I have only so much time to commit to this venture, you can't “hire” me. The first step is to schedule an initial interview to discuss your situation, and I can give you more details on the partnership. 

After we complete the evaluation phase, we will agree to the terms of our partnership, and I will then bring everything that I have to ensure your success because your success is my success. 

Who is a great candidate? Here are some examples. 

I am looking for independent advisors and RIAs who have a modest success level and know they are not tapping into all their potential. Their growth is stuck and needs a breakthrough.

I am also looking for independent advisors/RIAs who are within 10 years of transition and want to maximize the value of their business by ramping up their revenue.
