For the past 2 weeks, we’ve been having a conversation about the Magellan Core 4 Principles. So far we’ve covered Vision and Energy. In today’s episode, we’ll take a deep dive into Mindset so that you’ll be aware of what you need to focus on.

Mindset is made up of different elements: beliefs, internal dialogue, values, and self-image. While having a vision of where you want to go and having the energy to go there is equally important, you won’t be able to move forward if you don’t have the right mindset.
