For today’s episode, I’d like to continue our conversation about strategic planning and walk you through the different elements of how I like to do my own strategic planning and how I help all my clients do it.

In my 20 years of experience doing this, I’ve found that doing each step in a very methodical, systematic approach is the way that works.
