In today’s episode, I want to talk to you about creating a 4th quarter game plan. 

We just entered the 4th quarter of 2019! The 4th Quarter is a little bit different than the other quarters of the year. This is the time you wrap up everything for 2019 and take a look where you want to head towards 2020. 

First, you need to reflect. Determine where you are in terms of your goal, business plan and vision for the current year. You could be in three (3) different conditions:

1. You are doing great and crushing it. Sometimes we think about taking it slow since we are already there. Don’t do that. Keep moving and maintain the momentum.
2. Touch and Go. Some things we are doing well and some things we are not. I suggest you keep your foot on the pedal and continue executing. 
3. It’s totally not a great year for you. In this condition, you need to be asking yourself two (2) questions, Why? And what am I going to do?

That’s the question! What are you going to do? 

So today I want to share with you the steps you can do to prepare for the coming year. Remember, your 2020 starts in October.
